Meet Danielle
I’m Danielle, a graduate student and fashion enthusiast from St. Louis, Missouri, USA. In May of 2017, I graduated from the University of Mississippi (Hotty Toddy!), where I studied Broadcast Journalism and Public Relations. Starting at a young age, I would joyfully check the mail for the delivery of my mother’s fashion magazines. I remember spending countless hours browsing through pages in awe of everything in the fashion and beauty industry. Since being in college I became additionally infatuated with the world of fashion blogging, styling, and photography.
This passion of mine is what led me to start Glam R Me. Through this blog, I aim to connect my readers with their own sense of style and lifestyle. Clothing is more than just a material item; it’s a form of self-expression, a sense of feeling, and a boost of confidence. I believe the way you dress and how you live your life is part of your statement to the world. When reading this blog I hope you discover a sense of glamour and allure in the items you use to express yourself and in the terms you live your life by. I hope that through my personal stories and creations you are inspired to live a glamorous life on your own terms. My story is still being written and as every day brings a new challenge or opportunity, I hope you stay aboard this adventure. Everyone can live a glamorous life and I hope to inspire you too.

Life in Italy
I have been studying the Italian language for almost three years now. I’m not sure when my curiosity started, but the Italian culture, food, people, and beautiful scenery have always infatuated me. Growing up, I always knew that I wanted to move to Italy. I previously lived in the beautiful and historical city of Salerno, Italy. The city is located in the Campania region of Italy and is situated in between the famous and gorgeous Amalfi and Cilento Coasts. While in Salerno, I studied Italian and worked for an Italian language school, Accademia Italiana. In the mornings I learned and perfected my Italian language skills and in the afternoon I worked in their marketing department. I feel so blessed to have lived near such beautiful cities: Amalfi, Positano, Capri, Palinuro, Paestum, Pompeii, Ravello, Cetara, Agropoli, among others. Even though I no longer live there my Life in Italy is a strong part of who I am. I shared my journey over the course of my time living abroad. Feel free to take a look at my Life in Italy and Italy Travel posts.
