Smoothie Sunrise!

I absolutely love fresh smoothies! It’s such an easy way to get servings of fruits (and veggies).

Ingredients Smoothieingrediants

When making a Smoothie Sunrise use pineapples, strawberries, one banana, a handful of spinach, and vanilla yogurt (I personally love Chobani), and ice.

Blend it all together in a blender.

Then Voila! You have a Smoothie Sunrise. Enjoy!!! :)
