New Years Resolution

Meet New People

Lately, I have noticed that I only hangout with my small group of friends. There is nothing wrong with that, but this year I want to make new connections with people.  I will surround myself with people that bring positivity to my life instead of weighing me down.

Stay Positive

When things do not go my way, I usually make a mountain out of a molehill. Doing this increases my stress levels, and the problem or situation is never worth all the headaches and anxiety I cause for myself. From now on I am going to  relax and refocus my energy. I am going to focus on staying positive and seeing the light at the end go the tunnel.

Eat Well & Exercise Regularly

This is always on my list of things to do and it never happens. I’m always so busy I feel like I never have time to workout or eat healthy. I typically use my spare time catching up on sleep.  FACT; if I workout more then I will not feel as fatigue. As far as eating well, I am definitely going to stick to this goal because this past year I was constantly sick due to consuming foods my body don’t digest well.

Lend a Helping Hand

Giving back to the community has always been important to me and since I have been living in Oxford, I haven’t really done much volunteering. I really enjoy working with children so I’m going to research volunteering opportunities that involve helping children.
