Happy Memorial Day!! I hope everyone is having a fabulous weekend. Yesterday my family and I made these red, white, and blue cake jars for Memorial Day. We also made a strawberry peach lemonade bubbly. They are both super easy to make and I have listed the steps below. Enjoy!
…
Materials
- Mason Jars
- Vanilla Icing
- Red and Blue Food Coloring
- 3 White Cakes Mixes
- Sprinkles
- Ginger Ale
- Strawberry Peach Juice
- Lemonade
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Lime
- Paper Straws
…
1. After you have allowed your cakes to cool, cut out cake circles using the lid of your mason jar.
2. Place 1 cake circle in the jar, followed by a layer of icing. Repeat after each cake layer.
3. Once finished top with sprinkles and place in the refrigerator over night.
The strawberry peach lemonade is 1/3 strawberry peach juice (I used Welch’s), 1/3 lemonade, and 1/3 Ginger Ale topped with lime and lemon juice.
Thanks for stopping by!
