No Bake Jar Cheesecakes

Happy Thursday Everyone! These No Bake Cheesecakes in a jar are easy to make and are perfect for these gorgeous summer days. I hope you enjoy this post. Thanks for stopping by!

Crust Ingredients

2 packages (20 sheets) graham crackers

12 Tablespoons melted butter

¼ cup sugar

Crust Instructions

 In a food processor, crush graham crackers. Add the sugar and pulse to combine. Slowly add melted butter and pulse until the mixture comes together and is moist. Spoon evenly into jars, and compact mixture slightly.

Filling Ingredients

4 (8oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature

2 (14oz) cans sweetened condensed milk

¼ cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed if possible)

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Filling Instructions

In the bowl of a stand mixer beat all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Spoon into jars prepared with crust mixture and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until filling is set.

Sour Cream Topping Ingredients

½ cup sour cream

½ cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Sour Cream Topping Instructions

Combine all ingredients and spoon a dollop on to the top of each cheesecake. Top with blueberries, strawberries, or any desired fruit you like.
