“Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.”
Life will never be smooth sailing! So, it’s important for us to remember and appreciate our triumphs. Not just the physical ones, but the mental and emotional accomplishments as well. For overcoming these struggles and deciding never to give up, is our strength.
Now that I am older I recognize that I am not a stronger person because I can do many things. I am a stronger person because I had the ability to overcome and accomplish the things I thought were impossible for me to do.
Having a good mindset really makes a difference when it comes to building inner strength. Once you reach this level of thinking, you will realize that anything can be achieved by staying positive and believing in your abilities.
You have to believe in Yourself! If you don’t… then no one will!
Thanks for a bit of Friday motivation, love your positive attitude (:

That last sentence is so spot on! Who’s going to have faith in what you say you can or will do if you don’t even believe it?!
