Hi Everyone! Sorry I have been away for awhile. I have been helping my grandma recover from a surgery, recovering from the stomach flu, and working on exciting projects for a client. It has been such a busy February but I am back! I’m am currently packing for a weekend getaway to California. I am really excited for this trip for a few reasons. The first, I will be attending my first Create & Cultivate Conference, secondly, I just absolutely LOVE California!!! Every time I visit the state, I have the best of times exploring the cities, relaxing on the beach, and indulging in some of the best foods. Blue and white is one of my favorite color combinations to wear. For this look, I wanted to achieve a casual yet polished look. The blazer with the oversized gold buttons drastically dresses up my distressed jeans. The addition of crisp white button down adds a certain level of refinement, while the exposed tail of shirt redefines a sense of casualty. I completed this look with my Sam Edelman velvet blue booties and a flat cap I picked up years ago while exploring the streets of Harlem, NY.
